Matrix Technologies bangalore/ D-Link. Review on Buying a Modem

This is with regards to my recent purchase of D-Link DSL-2730U ADSL2+ Modem Router from Matrix Technologies, Lakkasandra Bangalore.

It's been a night mare with Matrix right from the time I purchased the modem as it was not working properly. I checked with my ISP(BSNL) with an alternate modem and they said there is no problem at the ISP provider's end. It turned out that the product was not working properly. It might not actually be a 100% dysfunctional product as the config might have gone wrong somewhere. Here's where the problem started.

After a week of the purchase, I called up the dealer(Matrix) 080-22247256, 22918962, 41206728  and they told me to follow up with their technician/enginner Mr. Suresh(98457 46592). When I called up Suresh, he promplty told me that he will come to place the next day after 8PM(after his shop closes). And, that's the end of the story as I am eagerly waiting for the "Next" day even after 3 weeks after purchasing the product and repeated calls to Mr. Suresh.

As a last resort, I called up Mr. Narayan(Mob. 99456 86962) owner of Matrix Technologies. No Apologies nor regrets. He promised that the problem will be rectified the same day. Even the "Same" day did not work. That's the respect that the technicians at Matrix have for their Owner. Great!

Guys, please beware of buying any products from Matrix at Lakkasandra, Bangalore.

D-Link:- In case you are reading this, can you please initiate some action against such errant dealers?
