It is better to buy a good company laptop for 4000-5000 rs more rather then buying a laptop cheap in price.
That is the mistake I did.I bought Aci laptop.
These people dont fulfill 1 year warranty.
I made various complaints at consumer forums also but nothing helped.
1st they sent me a laptop that would not just start.
Then I had to courier it back to them(my expense).
Then they sent me another 1 whose battery went dead in 5 and half months.
They did not replace the battery even when the laptop was for a 1 yr replacement warranty.
I went to their office where I saw many more people like me already present there with their complaints.
1 person was complaining that his laptop just shuts down anytime and the manger there was telling him that it can be bcoz of the operating system.
That is strange.
I just hope that nobody buys laptop from these people and they just try to fool the consumer.
