Edible oil is better than ghee

Hi friends, well, I already know that ghee is the most usual thing that u most Indian people make use of when cooking food. But it’s a different case for we people here in Mauritius. The most common ghee used here is Vita Ghee and QBB and both are from cow milk. The reason for why we Mauritian are not too familiar with ghee is that it contains lots of cholesterol as per said by our specialists. We make use of oil more preferably to cook food, and that too its edible oil which is much more refined and light. To be noted that there is oil which is very cloudy and they are not good for health.

We mostly make use of ghee when we cook cakes such as when there is Divali, you will rarely find ghee in shops but on the common days, ghee is not sold. We have noticed that the persons that make use of ghee mostly here are vegetarians because as per them, ghee gives a better perfume and sour to thief cooking food and I have tested that and found that they are right. But the next day which follows, you will find all of us making a queue to go to the toilet. Ghee contains lots of cholesterol that are the main reasons of obesity, diabetes as well as heart problems and so on. People gain more weight with it. Ghee tends to increase the LDL and HDL in your blood leading to blockages in arteries or high cholesterol. I don’t say that edible oil does not do so. It does it but to a very less extent.

Thus I will propose that if ever, you people reading my review find that I am right, then please make use of edible oil as it contains less cholesterol, that too 75% less than ghee. You will be more fit in your works as well as you won’t be obese.

Also, you should pay attention to expiry dates of those items. Ghee is something that expires very quickly and it is important for us to pay attention to this.
