BuyuCoin has a great potential if they understand how a business should be maintained and what are the paim points that are to be addressed. It seems like it was created in an intention of making money when the concept of cryptocurrency started to trend. If there is no love on what you do, you always will lack success.
Let me explain the problems I faced:
Aadhar card is delivered sooner to your house but their KYC process takes days. The reason someone installs an application is to start using it and if the setup process takes days, people lose interest and start looking for a better alternative.
Two-way factor is not explained very clearly. It asks to enter OTP which people are not sure where it is and how it is obtained. I had to install some Google application to fetch that and submit. The problem here is lack of information. If no information is provided within an app, people tend to Google it. Why do you have an FAQ section then?
Support team - It isn't that hard to be nice to someone. The reason LIVE CHAT exists in this internet world is to provide instant support to customers. Emails take atleast 12-24 hours and that is why users prefer live chat which is not served well within your app.
Depositing money before KYC - So you do have allow people to deposit money in your app though KYC is not verified. How absurd it is and clearly shows how money minded you are.
Design - I am a newbie to Android Studio and I can create a more user friendly app with all the basic accessibility I have. The app is extremely unpleasing and not at all user friendly. There should be a lot of work done within it.
Withdraw after KYC verification - Depositing without KYC is fine but withdrawing isn't? Im forced to submit KYC to withdraw the amount I deposited without KYC being verified. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Im glad I deposited only Rs 50 as I was scared after I read a few reviews online.
Incorrect information - Minimum investment is Rs 20 is what's said which is not a fact. It is almost like clickbait. I think minimum deposit is 20 but investment is based on their limitations. Playing with words here to lure people.
What did I do at the end?
So, I verified KYC, Withdrew my 50Rs and received only 40. 10rs withdrawal fee for the money I deposited and not even invested in any coin.
I have not used it for even a week and have this feedback about BuyUcoin. Undoubtedly, this is one of the worst apps I ever came across and that's why you have a rating of 2.2/5 in the Google Play Store as well.
