Hi All, iam Sanjay from hyderabad, I bought butterfly aircooler two years back i.e. in year 2015, now its blower is not working and buttons are not working, I had registered complaint in March 2017 to repair motor, buttons and to change cooling pad and its two months over and till now they have not turned up. First 20 days I have called them to follow up but of no use, after trying for a long time, they receive the call, and only one reply that is we will send. but no one has turned up till now. So I request everyone please don't buy Butterfly air cooler. Service is very bad.
