I bought a 4 burner glass top stove almost 4 weeks back. The very next day of purchasing I found out that the auto ignition wouldn't work.
I emailed the company who sent their service guy one week later. After a lot of probing, the service guy told that the generation box was not working and that it had to replaced.
I promptly emailed the company again explaining the problem. One Mr. Sameer who was the company rep. and whom I was in contact with assured that they would replace immediately.
Its been 4 weeks and faulty box hasn't been replaced. My repeated emails have gone unheard. I am surprised that such an important part is not available for such a long period of time given that the butterfly company is a reputed and well known company.
Why is the company and the service center showing such a lackadaisical attitude towards genuine customers?
