Well In todays connected world we want .we wish every one and everything every bit of informations we could get on a single place ie INTERNET and this craze and rather ambitions has led to explosive number of web site containing information on any subject ranging from very personal information to educational and research information to even many unwanted and disputed issues like pornography is one of the most viewed catagory of sites.

I guess you must be planning to create a personal web site. Well idea is  great . I love web Sites and have a good deal of experience in creating them. First of all let me assure you making a begining is half done. So to begin with you need not worry about any programming language like java or Java Script etc or even HTML .You must know a little of keyboard exercise and have a good sense of Colors(Aesthetic Sense). You look around and you will find tools to create web pages which should contain what you wanted to show on your planned web site. Personal Info here you could use MS Word or Netscape Editor or best would be MicroSoft Front Page 2000 or any other tool to create a web page. The Pages should be well organised and brie so that those are fast to get download to the computers of people who would be seeing your site. You would like to use graphics and animations and Java Applets to make your site look more appealing and lovely well there has to be a balance as too much graphics and animations will increase download time of your site and hence it will slow down. There are many sites which provide free server space and template based site building tools(easiest way)
