Bought a couple of Buffalo Ministation 1TB hard drives in Jul 2013 & one of them stopped working on 08/Oct.
Had it picked up by Buffalo & it reached them on 09/Oct. Took them until 17/Oct just for them to accept its faulty & needs to be replaced. They said I'll get a replacement "within one week" which didn't happen. Its been more than 45 days now.
There is no clue when they are going to send the replacement. When called just a while ago, their reply was that it will be sent "next week."
I'll now have to go to the consumer court. So you can decide whether to buy Buffalo products or not.
