All my calorie conscious friends and those having any aspirations of going on a diet of any sort please STOP !

This is the Point of no return.

After a heady meal, we all yearn for that sweet morsel to polish off a great gastronomical journey. A sinful dessert of dark brownies and Chocolate mousse ?

Where better that at BROWNIE POINT.

Started off at Ambedkar Road, Bandra and has now mushroomed into numerous outlets like at Kings Hotel,Juhu Tara Rd., and at Baskin Robbins near Seven Bunglow's Garden and also at Sher-e-Punjab near Mahakali Caves Rd. Andheri (East)

So besides the Brownies what else is there to feast on ?

Plenty If I may say so. Cakes for one. And what a variety here that too at a price that will make you smile and also a taste that will leave you licking your plates clean. The regular Black Forest for 250/-p.kg. Try the Cappuccino or the Chocolate Hazelnut Nougat Torte at (Rs.400/-p.kg.) or the Hazelnut Mousse Cake at Rs.450/-p.kg.

For the birthday specials they make Photo Cakes at 400/- p.kg.The kids will love this cute idea.

Hungry evening bites can be satiated by their quick serves like the Veg or Chicken or Paneer Puffs at just Rs.15/-

A couple of Burgers, some sandwiches, a quartet of croissants, a few rolls, some great Quiche like the ones at CANDIES, but not so pricey - all around just about 20/- Brownies is what they are famous for ( hence the name - obvious ? )

Chocolate Walnut, Fudge, Belgium, Swiss, Eggless, Caramel served with icecream and Chocolate sauce to name a few. All between 20/- to 35/- maximum. Also available by the kilo between 200/- to 300/- per kg.

Some real great mmmmmm Cheese Cakes like the Chocolate Whisky ( do I see our great Maddy grin ? ) and the Blue Berry. Some exotic desserts like the Charlotte Rousse, Baked Alaska Meringue Pies and Apple Struddles for between 200/- to 300/- per kg. Although the Petit Fours come for 100/-per dozen. Tiramisu is what I dig at 35/- a piece or 300/- a kg. Now that's a mouthful

Passion Fruit Mousse, and Blue Curasao Mousse and Chocolate in a Cloud and Fruit Cream, and Kiwi and Pineapple Pavlova and Mocha Hazelnut Torte and .. .. stop .. I give up .. I need a Pit Stop. See you at Brownie Point.

And if you see a bearded Sardarji busy sinking into a Mousse, and wiping smeared chocolate from his moustache - take the cue and buzz off. Or he'll leave you stranded with his bill to pay nary a nod of acknowledgement.
