(Brother sewing machine GS-3700). I purchased this machine online 1 month back.Will you purchase any item online or locally, when you know that service will not be available for this product and you have to throw this product afterwards. Of course 'NO'. You will no purchase that type of product, where your money will be wasted.
I made this mistake. I purchased this Brother GS-3700 sewing machine, thinking that it's cheaper then singer and usha machines, and I will get more inbuilt stitches. But, I was not knowing that the only service center situated all over India is in Bombay. That's it. I wrote an e-mail to them, that I want walking foot, a few bobbins and other accessories. But, they never replied. Now, my machine is not working properly. The inbuilt stitches are sewing different stitches, other then what they have mentioned. I called service center, but no response.
If after paying thousands of rupees, if you don't get any service or any response, then now what to do with this machine? and also you cannot oil this machine by yourself. All the sewing machines in all the world, we have to oil every fAw hours of work, but Brother has written in the manual, that we should not oil it, ourselves, but we should take it to authorized service center always.. How many times you will take it to a service center?
