This is regarding my order number – 32623. I booked for carpenter service(of CBS Services) for the assembling of my dismantled bed. The order was on 19th March 2016, but the agent named Ali(Contact no. - 8892966989) called me a week before and said he would be coming on 12th March 2016, which is absolutely ridiculous. Guys, I need the service only when I want it, not when the agent wants it.
And this is not over yet. The actual price for this service as mentioned in the website and app is Rs 100 only, but the agent asked for Rs 500. I too agreed as I wasn’t aware the amount of work involved. Guys, please be transparent with the pricing details, as you will not gain anything by looting the customers. At least mention that the price may vary depending upon the work. On 19th march 2016, I called the same person at 10 AM, and he said a person would be coming at 5.30 PM and not at 11 AM when I had booked. I had to agree as I wanted to get my task done. But to my utter disgust, nobody turned up at 5.30 PM and I called the same person. He told he would be sending one person within half an hour. After one hour I got call from another guy that he will be coming tomorrow only(20th March 2016). I had to agree for this as well L L. I called the customer care to register a complaint, but unfortunately nobody picked the call.
Finally the person came at 9.30 AM in the morning and I observed that the work he did was not worth Rs 500, as that involved just fitting of some screws. And now, I feel that I have been looted. Please look into the matter urgently or give my next service for free.
With all these worst experiences how do you expect me to book my next order with you or how will I recommend the service to my friends?
