I have visited Brix twice since it opened in DLF Cyber City. On both occasions I found the service to be very slow. The first time when we went for just drinks and snacks, it took a very long time for the drinks to come and the snacks came much after that. The second time round the waiter took a good ten minutes to set the table and take the order. Our order arrived in 25 minutes and this on a Saturday afternoon when the restaurant was empty. To make things worse, the waiter forgot to place an order for one of the dishes we had asked for. The food was quite tasteless and the dal makhani did not have salt. The chicken was under cooked and the gravy was far from good.
On the plus side, the waiters and staff are very polite and apologized repeatedly for the mistakes made and ruined lunch. The food bill was not very steep and it was about INR 250 per head with no drinks ordered.
