Travelled from New Delhi to Washington DC and returned from Los Angeles last month. Its a great way to travel by British airways and I have all praises for the them. Punctual to the dot however for no fault if theirs our return flight was delayed due to weather conditions, for an hour.
The captain informed us the reason and assuared us that he would try to coverup the delay by requesting a different flight route and he did that. We landed at Delhi right time. Very good inflight services, the attendants were very pleasant and accomodating. They were not the least sleepy or irritated throughout the long haul. The seats were comfortable, new planes with personal video screen at the back of every seat, and one can choose from a large list of movies and videos.
Leg space was good and I am talking about economy class. Food and drinks are sumptuous and good. I have bad experiences from many airlines especially Air Canada, but this airways is indeed good and I strongly recommend it to all.
