I am a gastrioc patient, so doctor advised me to eat some thing in every 2 hour, so I take some biscuits( but due to high sugar I was avoiding eating sugar or salted biscuits and non-sugar biscuits was taste less. But after having Ragi cookies, as we know that it is full of calcium, iron, it increase my immunity, digestive power also due to the taste I eat it.
As I do not like the taste of ragi but in biscuit form I get all the benefits, my suggestion to all diabetic patient and who are suffering from gastric must eat this biscuit either in their break fast or in between the breakfast and lunch.
It really increase my stamina, and keeping control my gastric and diabetic, but you should take your medicines, as this is not a medicines. Also I take this biscuit packet when ever I visit any patient of my friends and relatives.
