Pappu used to be the most hated specie around my neighbourhood during my schooldays for many reasons !
Cause 1 : Pappu's hair : I used to envy pappu's long grown hair overflowing and covering his ears.... My school never allowed to grow my hair beyond certain level and his hair always remained cause of my envy..and pappu always used to flaunt them all the time by running all the time all over the place.
Cause 2 : Reena, my first love : Baju ki Reena was my schoolbuddy and was heart-throbe of our class. Guys always envied my luck since me and reena used to come in the same car to school and the stupid guys thought that I'm going to run away with Reena when we will grow up. But sadly, Reena thought me to be a over-sincere, padhaku kind of guy. Reena caressing pappu everytime, reena playing with papu everytime , reena having fruits with pappu every afternoon used to make my blood boil ...
Cause 3 : Love and care : We were richer than the neighbours where Pappu belonged. But the kind of luxuries pappu enjoyed were outrageous. Pappu's food used to be imported, Pappu's soap used to specially made for him, pappu used to get bathed by reena everyday ....

But suddenly one day all my envies for pappu changed and I started sympathising with my neighbouring dog Pappu ... The day I seen Pappu eating Marie biscuits, the earth around me sounded to be so beautiful, reena sounded to be so mine... My heartful thanks to the makers of Marie

A few caused why I've started sympathising with pappu
Cause 1 : His daily food and its taste: Pappu was fed by the neighbours with handsome dosages of Marie on a daily basis, the same snack biscuits manufactured by all the biscuit manufacturers. Marie continue to be an essential portfoilo item of all the biscuit producers for the years now.
But this wheat contained biscuit was never a hit with me even Reena thought of feeding me with it. Britannia fiddled with the packing of this biscuit everytime. First a plain red pack with wheaty picture of marie scared me off. And now-a-days, Marie scares me with a wonderfully designed packing. But I dont eat the packing, mind u. I'm not pappu !
Cause 2 : With milk : Pappu's afternoon food used to be handsome quanties of marie biscuirs immersed in cupful of milk ... I ate the same receipt when I was ill and it tasted like eating a paper dissolved in hot milk... My sympathies for Pappu increased manifold after my encounter with marie with milk.
Cause 3 : No choice : When someone offered me Marie as biscuit alongwith the tea, I was polite / humble / requesting / demanding / negotiating / ulgy to deny the chance to have them. But pappu had no choice. When he bow-bowed denying the chance to eat it, he was spanked and made to eat the stuff...

A dope to puritans : When I critically analyse Marie biscuits, its good when we consider its nutritional values as it contains loads of milk and wheat. Britannia recently ran a campaign terming their Marie as crispier and lighter and it doesn't breaks and dissolves when u dip it in milk. By that logic, its a nice biscuit.
Considering the number of biscuits that one gets in their Rs. 6 and Rs. 11 pack, the product is absolutely value for money... Its is strictly recommended for the patients suffering from diabetes too ... Lekin fir itna honeka ke bad why I'm not recommending it...
The reason for not recommending is obvious i.e. its taste !

On second thoughts :I heard someone saying me getting a little fatter ... Before my dietician hears and realises it, let me run 10 miles a day coz I dont want to have Marie in my daily diet...I love my bourbons !
Sadly, Pappu itna envy karne ke bad bhi fail ho gaya ... Marie jo khata hai !
