Hello I am shubhra I was taking coaching in brilliant tutorials and I found that if there is a good interaction between a student and a teacher then only u can get a good benefit of coaching . I found some times the students who use to speak less loose themselves somewhere and not able to take a good advantage of tutorials therefore teachers should maintain a fearless relationship with every student so each and every one can ask any problem without any hesitation becoz this is the time to learn not to hesitate.

and I want to tell some teachers who feel that if they talk to students they will become small they think wrong becoz they are there to maintain our knowedge not to show there own knowedge.at last I think that it is a good way to learn something, but sometimes if we examine ourselves than we see that it depends on a student also that how he or she is learning there and it is also true we can not blame only on teachers . management and discipline is very important in private institutes also and last but not least the interaction between student and teachaer should always be there.
