Well I own 4 honda bikes & scooters from this showroom in 3 years activa 3g, 4g, livoand shine sp for my family members coz earlier I believed that this showroom will provide me the best support on and on. But as the time passes and the work load increased in the service, the support and service start decreasing day by day. I did not purchased on finance, but yes I have enquired about that so the finance policy was good. As I earlier mentioned that the service and support became worst and worst and nowadays they do not do the job correctly you assign to them if you do not inspect carefully they will just wash and polish your vehicle and will give it to you without performing any of the necessary jobs. Staff courtesy is ok i.e they are humble and polite to the customers. Their timeliness is so worse that sometimes it took them almost 6-8 hrs to service a particular vehicle i.e more than their expected time( Their expected time is around 3 hrs)
