"Brightening and Firming Eye Serum

I've recently finished my bottle of Brightening and Firming Eye Serum and I would certainly repurchase it to use it as a primer for the under eye as it really helps me in "firming" the area.
The serum has not helped me with "brightening". It certainly did not help me in "reducing dark circles" the reason why I had purchased it in the first place. At Rs. 990, it qualifies for a good and inexpensive eye primer with all good ingredients to protect the eye.
It comes in a brown transparent glass bottle with a dropper. Like all the eye serums you just need a tiny drop to get things going. I've tried several eye serums in the past and I won't say I'm 100% satisfied with any one because my under eye problem is probably more from within or lifestyle related than something what a Serum could do. But still am always on a look out for a decent one.
To name a few which I have tried in past are:
Kaya clinic's Lighten and smoothen under eye gel which was not good for me at all.
Dior's Hydra Life Pro-Youth Sorbet Eye Creme which I would say was pretty good.
Have used the samples of Clarins and Shiseido which were average. And may be few here n there samples which I do not remember of.
And of course the home remedies which never work either!;)
Too scared to get into the intensive treatments for the eye.
So, I'm trying hard to sort my sleep, food, water, fitness routines but it's a task when you are at level 1. I'm also on a look out for another under eye gel, cream or serum which could really do wonders for my dark circles. I'm thinking of trying the ones from Loccitane because have read good reviews of them. And anyways one needs to have an under eye serum! Right?
If you have a fool-proof way which could help me sort my 2 dark holes on the face, please do share it with me. Hasta la vista! xoxo
