Stay away. Review on Brick and Bolt

My entire experience with brick and bolt has been frustrating and highly unprofessional, they never stick to the promised timeline, I have faced losses and time due to my mistake of choosing brick and bolt, please don't make any payments to the company without signing a agreement, Kindly note I was a genuine customer of the company and I have shared only my experiences here and have no intention of defaming this company. In June 2023 I approached this company for construction of my house and was assigned CRN 235423, I paid a advance of(five figure amount) to proceed and I was told within 2 months the construction would start, A relationship manager was assigned to me and he was responsible for my project, By august 2023, I had paid even more i.e huge sum(which was the biggest mistake I committed without signing the agreement), the architect took one month and shared the plans and structure design by the end of august 2023, My RM told me that by End of august 2023 my project would start, Everything was going smooth this this time, Then suddenly my RM went on a leave for personal reasons, I didn't want to disturb him during this period, since I thought once he returns he would take care and initiate the project, My RM came back from Leave and assigned a contractor in October 2023, and the contractor aggreged to proceed with my project, and in oct and nov 2023 there was no progress at all, after repeated emails and calls, my RM told me that end of nov 2023, the project would start and everything is ready, days passed and nothing happened, My RM bluntly lied to me that 1st week of Dec 2023 the project would start, It didn't, agreement was never sent to me Then when I contacted the contractor, he told me he would not proceed with my project, This experience was nothing short of disastrous, I found out that my RM had again lied to me regarding the start of my project and was highly unprofessional and unreliable, Thus I decided to not proceed with this deceptive company, I wrote emails to many higher ups in the company, nothing helped, there is no response to tickets and emails by them, A automated email is sent by nothing beyond that. I decided to end my commitment to this company, I have paid a huge amount(almost 4 times market rate for plans and structure design) to this company and all I received are plans and 6 months of frustration, without any agreement, and I am still waiting for my refund -Don't go for this company thinking its a big IT professional company, You will regret it later, they never respond once you pay the advance money, you will be left disappointed - Never pay any advance money to this company without a proper agreement, they neglect your project after money is payed, the entire thing is managed by a relationship manager, who in my case was highly unprofessional -They don't have any escalation, in case you face any issue you are asked to raise ticket on the app, but they are not resolved for months, Even emails and phone calls are ignored multiple times, A generic email stating they will resolve the issue is sent, but no action is taken -Kindly note that your project is a triple way agreement with the company, contractor and yourself, the reason why I selected this company was hoping that they would take care of all end to end services and the opposite happened in my case, I had to bear there unprofessionalism, lies, delays and face financial losses. -they were initially in ashok nagar, and I was told that there google review page was taken down since it had a lot of negative reviews, I found out first hand due to my mistake of choosing this company -there might be other sham reviews about this company which are all posted on the same day, which might not be true -Even if you choose this company, be wise and vigilant and get agreement before paying money or you will have to suffer like me. -there was also a surveillance feedback call from the company every month, even when I told them that I was facing many issues, no action was taken. Still my refund tickets and mails are unanswered.

I have attached the tickets I have raised and the mails I have written, You can see that many tickets are closed without providing any resolution and resolutions are never provided as promised, I am yet to receive the refund for my advance.
