I was at first delighted to hear about a website where you can place order for breakfast a day in advance and get the same delivered to your doorstep. Thus, I thought of giving it a try and placed my order on their website : https://breakfastwala.com for the next morning. I got a call from them taking confirmation for the order placed as also the delivery time. I requested them to deliver the breakfast between 9 am to 9:30 am, as it was a working day for me.

However, no one turned up the next morning till 10:00 am nor did I get a call, as I didn't prepare breakfast that day I tried to call them and to my astonishment my calls went unanswered, I tried n number of times and finally at around 10:25 or so I get a call from them stating that there was some problem with the delivery guy and when I asked that why were my calls not answered the guy said that he was tied up with something and thus couldn't answer.

However, as I had already left for office it really didn't make much sense to argue with the guy. The guy did apologize and said that the next day breakfast would be complimentary from thier side. Next day being Sunday we were not in hurry and I asked him to get the breakfast at 10:00 am. Guess what!!! they didn't turn up till 10:30 and when after making a follow up call I finally got the much awaited breakfast delievered to my doorstep at 11:00 am, wait it doesn't get over here...the guy even after claiming it to be complimentary took money from us for the total value of the food. Moreover, their website say that you would get a bottle of water and newspaper free with the order whereas we had to ask for the complimentary newspaper with the so-called complimentary yet non-complimentary breakfast.W

ould you still want to get served by such unprofessional and unethical people....
