Hello friends, Lucknow is very rich in foods. their are several veriety of foods here like non veg and veg both. I usually go to restaurent and Dhabas for dinner and lunch. Once I happened to visit Break Point Dhaba situated in faizabad road but my experience is not good. I tell you why I am saying so.
Food and presentation- Guys when I went there seats were empty. my wife and I both got seated there and searched for a menu but there was no menu. After some time a waiter came without menu. I asked him for menu, then he came with a ripped menu, that was disappointing. we ordered masala paneer and nan roti there. Guys neither the presentation nor the food was upto the mark. I felt they use same gravy in all paneer dishes. no delicous taste of dhaba paneer there, even non roti was rotten type.
Ambience- Friends I personally tell you if you have female friends, donot go there with them, the ambience is not good for female there. hooligans and gunda type people were there and eating food, they all were staring at us like we are aliens. I felt so uncomfortable there while talking to my wife.
Customer Service- Guys in Break Point you get only dhaba type customer service. no body stays there to take care of you. we were given dirty jug and glasses to drink water. when jug got emplty no one was there to even fill it up. and yes when you give bill, waiter will stare at you greedily.
Value for money- well guys you will get no value of your money there. Even the price of dishes are not normal. they are like any regular restaurents. So I dont recommend you to visit there. Thank you
