Well this small city of Northern England is not a very bid tourist attraction but has some kind of familiarity with lots of Asian population residing there including Indians and Pakistanis. I don’t think many people had even heard of it even till sometime back before it was known for its racial violence! I was there in the month of October and weather was pleasant and sunny.
The people there are sweet and the city in itself is very beautiful. I was there for a day with my group of friends and we roamed around the city with its majestic row houses and English style architecture to the relatively newer areas with multiplexes and shopping arcades! We also went there to a Pakistani restaurant serving Indian subcontinent's cuisine and the food and ambience was quite good, the restaurant was called ''Mughal''!
All in all Bradford is sweet place to spend a day or two. We have regular bus / train service from London, although I had from Leeds. The city is not worth a separate visit but in case you are in some part of North England, you can definitely go there.
