Lot has been spoken about convenience and we sitting at our nice posh office want to do everything just by looking at this 17” monitor and with one hand on the mouse, which clicks you to the most destination of the world.
We human beings have always wanted convenience and luxury; we always try an easy way out. Who would have thought that Internet would play most important role in daily lives. I still feel, how good it would have been, if we had a search engine in real life, where you think of the keyword and you have the results. One of the best online service, I had it in recent times. The business plan, which I was looking, was not available and I checked their online customer service. Though they have some timing where you can talk live with a representative. But when I was logged in it was probably nighttime in US and I sent them an email and wonder what the next morning in my inbox, I see a very helpful reply from their representative. The customer service has gone one step ahead in giving me all the useful links, which was like a treasure for me.
