Box8, a recent app for food delivery.
Thought of trying it. I got a coupon code saying 1st order free with a purchase of 300. 150 as discount and 150 as cashback.
SO finally I ordered a biryani along with a roll. But after seeing the quantity of Biryani is really toooo low. Even if we have 2 biryani also we feel like having something else. Keeping MRP as 250+ and giving a discount of 50 or 100 and giving a very less quantity doesnt make them people use again and again. Because of it people will buy only once just to chek the quality and quantity.
Even the cash back that they gave 150, I have to use for next purchase but I have to buy 250 to use a 100 rupees. Which is really bad. Overall I am very much disappointment wiht the team.
I request team to concentreate on quantity and quality .
