This washing machine goes bad within a year the major problem is the service of Bosch company. After using the machine for 11months one day it suddenly stopped working and I had to call customer service.it has not been less than a year since I had purchased this machine.it was under warranty, but to my surprise the technician came and said that the plug of the machine is damaged and it is not covered under warranty, as no plastic/rubber parts are covered under warranty.first of all it was not a damage to plastic/rubber part, instead it was an electric malfunction which damaged the plug.I am not surehow is it not supposed to be covered under warranty.and to replace the plug the technician demanded for 1000rs, which according to me is way higher than any technician would charge to replace a three pin plug.and to add that the technician doesn't seem to have required tools for service and would need another 5 days to come back and do the work.thus after 10 days still there was no signs of any technician.now the machine is standing idle at my home which is of no use.hence this is an least experience I would ever expect from a brand like Bosch which is an leading in tools/appliances in the world market.therefore I had a very bad experience with Bosch.
