The Glass shelf quality of Bosch refrigerators is bad actually,
I alongwith a relative of mine had been considering to buy a new fridge since 6 months, so we went shopping and both of us bought Bosch refrigerators
Though both of us bought different models and from different shops
Our fridges were delivered a day apart however, to cut the long story short - my cousin received his fridge a day before me and within 3 hours of turning it on they heard a crashing noise and after searching around the house when they ultimately opened the fridge door they found one of the glass shelf was not just broken but had shattered in to small pieces
Next day when we received our fridge we were quite apprehensive already but the delivery guy said turn the fridge on only after 6 to 8 hours of delivery, we didn't not understand the logic however, since it was advised so we agreed as there was no need to turn it on for at least a couple of days since we were not home
The 3rd day when we came back and turned it on and kept a few bottles of water to cool for start and got busy with other chores when suddenly there a glass crash sound we immediately looked into the fridge and found the same view that we had witnessed in my cousin's fridge
Well I have raised the issue with the shop and the Bosch people, I hope they will be able to provide a replacement and the reason for this issue and make sure that they improve the quality of their glass shelves
Or else people will feel fleeced and cheated about their hard earned money As Bosch refrigerators are costlier than other brands
And obviously I expect better Quality with better Money that I pay
