I went to get my car serviced at **MotorCafe

I had purchased a coupon from groupon.in for 129/- which included the following: Exterior Car Wash(Outside Car+ Under car+ Engine) Interior Vacuuming Interior Dash Board Cleaning+ Polishing Exterior Body Polishing 16-Points General Check-Up including: Fan Belt Check-Up AC Belt Check-Up All Lights Check-Up Battery Check-Up Air Filter Check-Up Fuel Filter Check-Up Plugs Check-Up Engine Tuning Charging System Self -Starter Check-Up Engine Condition Check-Up Four Wheel Breaking Check-Up Under Chassis Check-Up Parking Brake Check-Up Oil Check-Up(Gear, Engine, Coolant) Tyre Pressure Check-Up
Firstly there was hardly anything at the place that merited the name BOSCH. Secondly if someone is coming for a car service there is usually a waiting area for customers to wait, in this case there was a room on the first floor where I was told to wait, no lights were turned on, In Punjab its almost 7-8 degrees Celcius and here I am being told to wait in a room with nice air coming from all sides, No one bothered to ask if it was even bearable waiting there. Had I not been dressed very warmly I would have frozen there which is not expected. If you cannot have warm blowers at the very least the room can be closed or sealed to avoid chill air drafts coming through. No TV/ No music. 1 hour of pure patience waiting there in the freezing cold. Rating 0/10 for customer service.
Onto the service itself. The people need to be more professional. Checking 1 engine point is not equal to checking all. Washed mats are never put back soaking wet in the car. Interiors were not even cleaned. Dashboard was just dry wiped. I do that myself. No stains were removed from the inside plastics. I was there the whole time and none of what is mentioned as part of service was done, no fan belt checkup, no AC belt checkup, Engine tuning, Under engine checkup, the car was not even put on the hydraulic lift to have a look if the bottom was even washed properly. None of the other stuff mentioned in the deal was even contemplated. Either they think people are too stupid to notice or I guess most of the times people just leave their cars thinking it will be in good hands and what is being promised would be delivered. Rating 2/10.
The name BOSCH brings German excellence to mind and there was hardly a glimpse of it here. Overall rating is 2/10 for just the washing and air filter cleanup. If they want people to come to them again then need to get more professional about it. A local car wash does a better job at what these people did. The reason I gave 2/10 was because of the name BOSCH.
