I purchased this on 13 Dec 2020, but product was damaged so Vijay sales replaced the product on 16 Dec 2020. It started water leakage on 19 Dec 2020. I called Vijay sales as Bosch was not picking up phones. VIJAY sales arranged call with Bosch. I also called Bosch customer care.
Bosch customer care called me on 22 Dec 2020 and told they will visit today. I reached from office early but no one visited and even no one picking up phone. Finally BOSCH technician visited on 23 Dec 2020. I did not returned as leakage problem solved. Slight water is coming in vegetable box only as its feature of auto humidity in vegetable and fruit mode. If you do not want humidity just switch to fruits only mode for vegetable box
I purchased from Vijay sales rahatani, Pune. They are very good in providing service. They are ready to return product, but I have to purchase something from there as they giving credit note. All the sales as well as delivery persons in Vijay sales are very good specially Dilip ji(branch manager).
