Many householders now do all the household works by themselves, instead depending on servants.So we need energy for doing all the works.
I think Boost is good to get energy.I feel refreshed and active after drinking it.Children needs vitamins, proteins and etc.
They get it all from Boost. I like this malt based nutritional drink which comes in a chocolate flavour. Some times my breakfast will be just a cup of boost.I won't say that it gives me very high energy but I feel better after drinking boost.Usually I mix the powder with milk and drink it.I like it better than Viva or Maltova which is made by the same company. Even though the cost is bit high at old age when digestion get difficult, it is good to have health drinks like this.
