I and my friend after the office, planned to see a movie. It was Monday and we booked the show of 2:20 as I was coming from the office so I was carrying my laptop.
We were not permitted to see the show with the laptop, even the baggage counter refused to take the laptop bag and even manager was not refunding my money. Even after request to the manager to allow the bag to watch the movie that was not permitted.
I have booked the ticket from the Bookmyshow. Even they could not help us, in refunding the ticket. When they called the manager then he was ready to take the bag nearly 40 min after the movie started.
So guys I request u all to stop going to Spice Cinemas in Noida because they don't know how to treat a customer and they are so rude with their things. Their excuse was, that we have written that u can't carry the laptop or camera to the hall. I ask why these conditions are not been shown at the time of booking the ticket and after the tickets are been booked there is no provision of returning the money.
So I request you to be safe with the game. Bookmyshow will take your money and Spice Cinemas will not let u to see the movies if you are coming from the office. So we have made a decision not to go to Spice Mall and I request u all for the same. Also do not to book the ticket from Bookmyshow. Even they take 10.33 per tax extra, but do not give the provision to cancel the ticket.
They both are making fool of us. So beware.
