Worst Experience. Review on Bookmyshow

"A Perfect Murder" Marathi Play at Shree Shivaji Mandir at Dadar 08:00pm| 26-Jun-2022.

Seat No: H-35, H-36, H-37

Ticket Price: 1200.00

Convenience fees Incl. of Tax Rs: 106.20

Total Amount Paid: Rs 1306.20

I booked 3 tickets and went to Shree Shivaji Mandir at 8.00pm on 26th June 2022 and found that already 2 people were seating on our seats saying that they have same seat no. So I wanted to check whether they were saying truth or not. So I asked them to just show your bookmyshow app and the tickets they bought and guess what I was almost shocked to see that they were also having the same tickets with same seat nos. They had bought Seat No:H-35 and H-36 already in their phone BookMyShow App. Then the ticket staff guy came and told us to adjust the seats next to them which were H38, H39 and H40. After paying Convenience fees Incl. of TaxRs 106.20 I didn't got to seat which were booked. I don't know what is wrong with BookMyShow App. If there is a bug in App or these people are scaming I really don't know about it. Therefore, I request to the BookMyShow Authorized person here to check this and find out what was the issue. This happened with me twice. So finally I decided to write a review about this. I think technically this should not happen. It was a worst experience ever. Now I will never recommended anyone to buy tickets from BookMyShow App again.
