I was and I still am using this web site to book movie tickets online.I must say it is convenient to check shows and book tickets on it, but the problem is, you have to watch your steps very very very carefully, read and reread your every step very cautiously if you hit a problem you are stuck, trying to call them and waiting for them to respond for more 15 to 20 minutes or you have to forget your cash and move on.

I must say your issues might eventually get resolved, given all the facts are on your side, but the amount of time taken and the stress you are put through is very frustrating.Let me give you one of my personal examples.

I booked movie tickets for the same day evening through book my show for my wife and I. After all the payment and every thing I never got the tickets both on SMS or Email.

I checked their website where it said if any error you will be refunded within 2 working days.

I thought okay, and may be it will revert tomorrow, which never did. Hence, I called their customer care which is some thing that I am again paying for, it's not even toll free, after waiting for 20 min to get connected to their representative, (here's the funny bit) he says sorry for the inconvenience, I will send the tickets now,

He actually sent me the tickets of the previous day show, not sure how to react I just told him to check the date on that ticket. After a few more minutes of argument and holding and waiting he says it will be resolved in a week. After calling them repeatedly and sending mails, it finally took 3 months to get it resolved.

One of the core problems I feel here is, lack of competition, not sure if they buy them out of they just lose out.

Hence, the moral of this experience is:

Watch your self while dealing with these websites.
