Online ticket booking one of the fast growing segments . Here the market is entirely monopolized by bookmyshow( BMS) , eventhough there are other websites which are in early stages cant compete with bms!
Using this they keep on charging the customer adding booking fee, convenience fee, service charge etc and making a 120 rs ticket to 155 rs nearly 30 percent extra from ticket rate! Its a daylight plunder atleast there should be some ceiling to this fees and some other competitors should enter the market. Few days back even paytm said that they are going to enter ticket booking zone and this may lead to reduction of charges plundered from customer by BMS! There needs to be an end for everything .
