The worst part of booking your seat online from bookmyshow is that you are not directly related to the theatre.It happened with me as I went for a movie, I took all snacks and stuff.guess what.the power went of and the seat I bought from BMS was broken.they were providing refund to all those who bought ticket immidiately.But I didnt get any because I bought it online.It took them 20 days to refund my money.Imagine the kind of irritation I felt for those days
