My friend and I were planning to book tickets for the movie - the man who knew infinity on Saturday and were terribly annoyed by the experience to book tickets online. After several attempts, we got through the payment gateway and our account was charged. But we did not receive any tickets.
My question is, If you have received the funds, why don't you give us the ticket and let us enjoy the movie. Why a refund?
I tried contacting them on Twitter but no response from their customer service. Usually, brands respond to customers queries on Twitter within 2 hrs. But it has been more than 24 hrs and we haven't received any response to the problem. Seems like their customer service team is fed up of informing their customers about the technical issues they are facing.
I think Bookmyshow has reached at the point where they are least bothered about solving the problem of booking movie tickets online. Zero development with respect to Product development and customer service.
Can't see the development in the server capacities happening.
