Avoid booking through Bookmyshow website. I recently booked for Kambhat Ishq for Fun Cinemas at Chandigarh. for 23rd July 3:45PM show.The payment was made through Net Banking and on checking found amount Rs 456.18 deducted from my bank however ticket not issued.
On contacting Helpline the Caller could not identify this discrepancy and helpdesk has also not responded to my email request. I have only received an SMS stating we shall refund the amount. My ticket ID is 145233. I wish to seek help in this matter.
I have just recived this email. It surprises me how once they deuct the amount from a person bank they make an exuse of connectivity link with Cinema house.
