I had booked IPL tickets worth Rs. 6900 from the site. But Bombay HC ordered to shift IPL matches out of Maharashtra owing to water crisis. After getting confirmation from MCA and Government in the news, I just called BookMyShow's call center. They gave me reply they are not aware of cancellation of the match. Guys it was totally unsatisfactory reply from them as everything was clear in the News.
I had conversation with them 3-4 times. The best part is I got confirmation about my refund within next 10 days. But it took around 2 months to get my refund. So be careful while booking any event's tickets from BookMyShow.
