I have used this site two times. One for purchasing tickets for the ISL games in Kochi and second for Cinemas. The site has booking facilities to multiplex near by but it does not have access to other film theatres. That's the thing this site missing from catchmyseat. The details, description, show time and audience response are perfectly handled by the site. When I used this site for match booking, the details for selection was very clearing described. It was very easy indeed.
Coming to the app. The app does most of the works of site and it is easy to use too. And does not use too many data while using the app. But the main problem I faced was the hang in app if you are going to book games or show that are popular. So after several attempts the tickets failed to book in app so I used their site(The site too had little lag). Other drawbacks is that it does not cover every popular show in the regions but it covers some however. This is my view and experience towards bookmyshow.
