I booked a seat from book my show today. Payment was deducted from my account but I a have not received booking confirmation then I again try to book another seat but again payment was deducted form my account and again I have not received any booking confirmation.
Later I got a call from book my show team that my first transaction was successfully done but due to some technical problems I have not received the confirmation of booking, if I agree then they can book my seat and send me confirmation. I agreed with them and asked them to send confirmation. I also told them about second time deduction.
