I did a booking for 2.0 movie on 7th Dec 2018 for 5 members using Bookmyshow.com. I felt it was very good online booking portal and very user friendly. With limited clicks we get to book the movies of our choice. It also alerts of any things we need to take care like 3D glasses etc. We also get to pre-book the eatables of our choice at the reasonable rates which would otherwise cost more at the theater, This is something which I liked which is a value added service. It sends e-mail, SMS after booking and guarantees 70% money back 4 hours prior to show timings, most of the other portals wont do this, including box office itself. One thing I felt that needs to improve is, SMS alert 1 day or 3 hours before the movie starts would be good, otherwise if we do booking 1 week back we tend to forget sometimes also It did not send the Bar-coded booking ID online, because of this I need to enter the Booking ID manually myself, instead of Swiping. Besides this two minor things overall I feel it was good experience using Bookmyshow.com
