If you ordered any product found to be damaged, then there is possible reason to refund your amount or you can exchange the product by visiting website and put your complaints. But the thing I don't like is that, some times shipping chargers are more then expectations on buying by COD. Sometimes it gives duplicate products and sometimes never refund or exchange. So sometimes it is good and sometimes is bad. But there are less chances of damages or duplicate or anything else.
