I booked my unload order on 6th March FX138066811923 and accepted by their channel partner.
After which Euro declined.
After followups I once received a call saying:
- Your card is not issued by BookmyForex. We are investigating and will get back to you.
I am now contacting BookmyForex executives. In past 5 calls, they promised that their supervisor will call back and no one does.
Note:
Request made to bookmyforex for Card issuance. Delivered by their Channel partner Orient express & Axis bank. They don't have any data in their system. This is surprising.
They have multi time uploaded currency in the card. That time it was not an issue.
Am I suppose to control their channel partners for issuing Bookmyforex card and not orient express card.
At time I had a good image of the company, they turned to be the worst.
