This has happened to me more times than I care to know. These guys run a shabby operations in the name of cheap but reliable and professional taxi service in Hyderabad. Never again as far as me, my family and friends are concerned will we book a cab with them again. Here is what happened:
On 8 Mar 15 I booked a cab in Hyderabad for a pick up from Madhapur and drop to the airport on 15 Mar 15 through their website and paid the 25% down payment. Immediately I was given the Ref ID: 464441 and informed that my booking was under process and shortly they will update me on taxi availability. When that information didn't come till 13 Mar 15 I called the call centre and was told that my booking was confirmed and that shortly they would let me know the cab details. I made two more calls that day and was told the same thing. Next day morning I again called them and the same message was repeated. I called them 4 times after that and each time they told me that my booking was confirmed and that I would get the details over SMS shortly. That information of course never came.
When by 10PM on 14 March 15 no information came from them I again called and spoke rather rudely to the man at the other end asking what kind of a business do they run? We are senior citizens and cannot be put through such a harassment. Being concerned about my safe journey to the airport at 5:30 AM I was compelled to ask him to cancel my booking and refund my deposit.
This is the second time it has happened. Both the times Ola Cabs came to my rescue and provided me not only professional service but in line with your cost. So I do not need them any more. That night I took a vow that I will will never book a cab with them again.
