I do agree with the second half of the review. Mumbai Traffic police is more concerned in collecting fines than helping people to take measures to avoid breaking rules. All throughout the year they don't have time to look whose breaking rules, especially lane cutting but as the year end (March) approaches they start taking fines or even bribe for every small mistake by a human being driving.
To top all this tell me one traffic police officer (on bike or in a car) who himself obeys traffic rules... they break all the rules including lane cutting and crossing the zebra crossing at signals.
Ending this I would like the traffic police to start helping the people instead of just showing there interest in fines and bribes, so that at the end of the day we can proudly say that mumbai traffic police is the best....which is just a dream till now.
