AT SUPER concviniece location in terms of food medicines transport or religions and beliefs( dargah)
Infastructure-IS UPTO THE MARK as per a hospital.-it has two building just opposite to other but there is too a connecting bridge to each other inside the hospital so there is no difficulty for the patients for shifting as delivery is done only in the old building and then the patients can b shifted to the new building if she is willing tooo.as I too had my baby delivered there.
My grandma was operated for eye contract surgery in bombay hospital she was operatd by a doctor who is more of a person who talks sweet and doesn't do his job professionally.seemed there was some damage done to my grandma, s eye durring surgery and when I tried to call the doctor and tell tell him about the concern after the surgery.the doctors behavior was changed completely, he was very rude at one point, because of this doctor, my family is in shock & we will never even consider Bombay Hospital again.
Cons: -Staff attitude-cleanliness-Not affordableFinal Verdict: Not recommending, not going back! VALUE FOR MONEY-20% surcharge added to each and every bill.
STAFF-Firstly, the lower staff, mainly the lift man and the nurses, the attitude these people have is equivalent to being the Managing Director of Bombay Hospital! hated dealing with these people.Being such a high regard hospital, I was expecting A-Class services, but to my disbelief, it was not only pathetic, but also a place I would never come back or recommend someone They talk to you so rudely, that entering the hospital becomes a tedious job! They only care about money and profit, not patients. What should have been a Rs 20, 000 charge came to Rs. 65, 000, so more than 3 timesVery expensive charges. No explanation given for charges NO idea how much the bill is going to be. So you have to pay .NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDABLEThe wardboys and cleaner servants are the worst! During your stay at the hospital, they won't be seen anywhere close to help with the patient or cleaning up the area, but they invariably turn up to ask for Baksheesh! At the time of discharge I must have easily given Rs.3000/- to some helping wardboys in the name of baksheesh.waste money time not worth
