I have been to bombay barbeque for team lunch, we asked them for booking 4 days before for 12 in afternoon and they said that booking was full, slot was available for 2.30 and I had chose for it.
group of 20 to 25 people was there and we reached at 2.30, still they made us wait for 45 minutes.
The restaurant was full and they made us sit in extreme corner.
I was irritated by seeing empty counters, no service and we had to ask 5 to 10 times even for serving water. grills were served and there was barely any repeats for it.
everybody rushed to counters and counters were almost empty. No plates, no spoons in place, almost each and everything was needed to ask for.
It was pathetic experience.
