It is not a must read book but it has a lot of examples which can make you understand easily what the author wants to say.
It does not teaches how to behave or how our body should be in posture according to the situation rather it has contents which shows that during certain situation how our body adapts itself. it is based on the case study. Not at all an interesting book but one can read it when he or she has got free time. this book can be read once.
