I had my second experience at Bodycraft this morning. I took an appointment for a haircut, and landed there 10 min. before the appointed time. There was a lady at the front-desk who asked me if I had an appointment and to be seated till she called.
I waited a full 30-min. past my appointed time, and there no indication that anyone would be attending to me anytime soon. I did ask the lady at the reception when I would be attended to, and the response I got was "Two minutes, sir!".
At this point, I asked to see my name on the reservation list and noticed that it wasnt on the list to begin with! I didnt want to hang around any longer, and left immediately.
Apparently, the person I had called for the appointment was one of the co-founders, and he said I could walk-in right away. He assumed that his people would be present at the salon, and for whatever reason, did not tell me that the number I called was his number and not that of the salon's. I spoke to him and informed him about what had happened. To his credit, he called back with an explanation and an offer of a free haircut the next time.
I'm not sure I'll be taking up the offer anytime soon! All in all, not the kind of place I'd like to recommend.(I'm not sure if mine was an isolated experience)
