Want to earn money easy ways?Want to be quickly rich??Gameshows are the quickest option for the newer generation:The only requirement being general knowledge,common sense and yes your age should be above 18.
This trend was popularised by Kaun Banega Crorepati(KBC) hosted by Amitabh Bachhan.It was a great turn over in Mr Bhachhan's and Star Plus's carrier. Other channels soon followed the suit but were unsuccessful. Few of them to be named are Jeeto Chappad Phad Ke(Sony), Sawaal Dus Crore Ka(Zee).
Almost two year after KBC the new kid to enter the block is bluff Master which is aired on Star One-The latest channel introduced by star plus.
Bluff Master is hosted by Mr.vinod sherawat.This show exposes the player ability to cheat and bluff in order to win huge amounts of money.Reminds me of the card game Bluff I used to play in the child hood where we were supposed to bluff our cards(tell wrong pairs of cards put down on the plying deck) to the victory(to lose all the cards first).The person who is supposed to be bluffing is selected in the beginning before the episode starts which is unknown to other players as well as the host.
In each round a set of questions are asked which are whacky & humorous that are to be answered.No one except the bluff master has all the answers to the questions on his/her computer screen and can answer questions to his own will to win an edge over the others.After each round the players have to guess the right bluff master judging by the acquisitions and the defences of their fellow players .If they guess the right bluff master they are rewarded prize money else an honest player is remoced in every round by the bluff master and he wins the final money.
But it is not that the winner whether bluff master or not gets the entire money.In the end a chance is given to the honest players who have been voted out by the BLuff Master to identify him and win a prize money.In the last round even the audiences are allowed to participate by voting for the person who they think is the bluff master(amongst the last 3 players).
The answers to the questions are collected by audience polls and ranked in the order 1-10.1 being the most common answers and the lowest prize money and the channel goes on.
Personal Opinion:-
All in all it is a good time pass show if you have nothing to do on the weekends.Sitting with family or spouse you can enjoy this show which according to me is a combo of Kamzor Kadii Kaun(hosted by Neena Gupta on star plus this serial removed players one by one by internal voting) and Master Card Family Fortunes(hosted by A-1 host Roshan Abbas aired on star plus had a set of pre-asked questions by public polls.The only difference in this the order of prize is reversed that is the most common answer was given the highest prize money).
Even though this seems to be a rehashed show(that is if anyone remembers the earlier mentioned shows) it is fun to it since the questions are quiet exciting and through the entire episode you keep on guessing who the BLuffer is.Sometimes you are lucky but at times it is only in the last round that the BLuff Master is finally reveal.
There is here an advantage for the bluff master here that is if the audience cannot recognize his bluff he wins all the money else the honest player gets the prize.
Thus all those of you think you can't get anything by bluffing, try your hands on this show.
