My friend had placed an order B37DX55P on 08-04-2015. Received one of the items on 11-04-2015. Received tracking details for the other item gojavas - MUMBLUP103445. All the details in this tracking ID viz. order no., item details, destination were wrong. Only my name was correct. I promptly sent an email to customer service at [private info removed].
There was no response. I interacted with one Mr. Sahil over livechat on 16.04.2015. He promised to call but I did not receive any call. On 17.04.2015 I spoke to one Ms. Saanu. She also promised to call later but again there was no call. Being fed up, I posted the details on Bluestone facebook page.
That at last produced a response. I was told that all shipments on that particular day had been misrouted by the courier and that I will receive the delivery with some delay. I was also requested to remove the negative facebook post, which I did. There has been no communication since then. I tried livechat today but received no satisfactory response.
I am an avid e-shopper. Never been treated so shoddily and unprofessionally by customer service of any e-retailer. A jewelry store in India, whether online or offline, which cannot fulfill Akshya Tritya commitments, should have no place in the market. There is no system of escalating a complaint. If CS does not respond, you have no other avenues.
